The ability to easily and quickly enter into a state of Self-Hypnosis is a wonderful way to program yourself with suggestions to make the deep changes in yourself that you desire to make.
Self-Hypnosis puts you in charge of creating the new behaviors, attitudes, beliefs and feelings that you can find to be so useful and helpful. And in the same way, Self-Hypnosis can be a tool that you can use to get rid of some old programs, behaviors, attitudes, beliefs and feelings that get in your way.
It is easy to learn how to hypnotize yourself, for any good purpose that you choose. As I work with my clients to teach them self-hypnosis, I begin by teaching the technique to the conscious mind. When the skill is understood (don’t worry, it’s easy), then I lead my client into a state of relaxed hypnosis, and I teach the technique to the unconscious mind. Both minds working together!!
I repeat the process until you become comfortable with the skill. Then, as with any skill, practice is necessary for mastery, and I teach you how to practice most effectively, to learn quickly. Usually, clients find that after about a week of practice, they can go into a nice hypnotic trance very quickly, and they have acquired a skill that they can use to effectively re-program their minds for the rest of their lives.
The process is interesting, enjoyable, and so very useful.
