How does it work? Simple, really: create a calm and relaxing environment for yourself. No kids. Maybe no pets, though I have clients with mellow friends who tend to zone right out along with them. Whatever makes you comfortable. You can use a speaker phone, headset, or Bluetooth device. Most of my clients just use speaker on their cell phone. It all works very well.

I have worked with folks from Canada to Israel, the East Coast, the West Coast, & in between. I have worked with many clients that I have never seen face-to-face. I can teach all the skills I teach over the phone.
