I teach clients skills that are both powerful and effective in overcoming their anxiety. I use hypnosis (see: About Hypnosis, click here) along with other mind management techniques like Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP, click here), Emotional Freedom Technique (EFT, click here),  Eye Movement Integration (EMI, click here), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy. The results can be deep, rapid, and lasting. These are powerful technologies that can put you back in charge of your feelings, thoughts and actions.

This is short-term therapy. My goal is to teach you to manage your anxiety yourself.  Typically, this can be accomplished in 5 to 7 sessions at a cost of $600 to $800. If you have non-medical related sleep problems, we will work on that at the same time at no extra cost.

Warning: There is no "magic fairy dust" for anxiety relief. Even the drugs can have nasty side effects and limited effectiveness. Now, my time is valuable, and I only work with clients who are motivated to do what they need to do in order to learn the skills necessary to make the changes they want to make. It isn't all that hard, though you'd be surprised at how many people aren't willing to even minimally participate. I can't help them. That's why I insist on a no-cost consultation to determine if you are ready to work with me.
