Exercise for Healthy Weight Loss is Absolutely Required!!There is NO WAY around it. Sorry, but that's the way it is. There is no magic pill, "fat burning diet" or any other fairy dust that will work long-term. But, hey, it's not so bad. Once you have gotten into the exercise habit, you get to enjoy so many benefits!
Have you tried to get into an exercise routine in the past?
"But I just can't get motivated to exercise!", many people say. "I get started, and then fall off", many others say. Gyms plan their fees around the knowledge that most people who sign up for membership will stop coming to the gym. If everyone kept coming, there wouldn't be room enough in the parking lot for all the cars!!!! What is needed is to get rid of the old mental programs and habits that get in the way. Our behaviors are largely driven by our Unconscious Mind. If you resist getting into the regular routine of healthy exercise, there are reasons why, and those reasons are held tightly by the Unconscious Mind:

And now, I help many other people to do the same. Lose weight?There are many factors involved in having good health. Most people would agree that weight is one of the most important factors. I disagree! It is not about weight!! It is about FAT. Weight includes everything that makes up the body: bones, muscles, skin, hair, fat, lots of water, and everything else. What happens if you lose muscle weight and keep the fat weight? Does that make you healthier? Of course not! Yet we know that when people go on a "diet", as much as 30% of the weight that they lose is lean muscle. Yo-yoAnd that is why over 90% of people who lose weight regain that weight, and usually gain even more. The vast majority of people diet, lose, regain, and get fatter. They are continually losing lean muscle, which is the worst thing they can do. Failure is guaranteed, because lean muscle is the metabolic driver that burns fat. Muscle burns fat even when you are sleeping. Muscle is worth its weight in gold! That's why it is impossible to permanently achieve a healthy body without regular quality exercise. The enemy isn't weight. The enemy is FAT. A twisted relationship to foodI believe that every living thing on Earth starts out with an instinctual knowledge of what the correct food is. As we look at animals in the wild, we see that they know exactly what to eat, how much to eat, and when to eat. Wild animals do not become obese, do not have diabetes, or suffer from degenerative diseases. Animals in nature understand that food is fuel. Humans, however, have out-smarted the perfect knowledge that we were born with...an instinctual understanding about how to relate to food. From the day of our birth we begin to have the fundamental truth corrupted. That fundamental truth is simple...food is fuel. We begin to learn from our earliest days to associate food with love, with comfort, with security. We associate food with reward and punishment. We learn to use food as a way to numb emotional pain, to deal with stress, and to relieve boredom. And food has nothing to do with any of that. Food is simply fuel. Back to the basicsIn order to be healthy, we have to eat in a healthy way. It's simple: fresh fruits and vegetables, lean protein, whole grains, low-fat dairy, everything in moderation. You were born with the instinct to eat in this healthy way. It is only in the last 75 years that human beings have been exposed to factory produced "food", refined carbohydrates, and mountains of sugar. We are not designed to eat that stuff. The epidemic of obesity, diabetes, heart disease, cancer, and degenerative diseases is a screaming warning that we have gotten way off track. Our bodies are still very much like the bodies that our caveman ancestors had. And our bodies need to be fed the same kinds of things that humans have eaten since the dawn of time. Real food. And our bodies need lots of good physical activity. The answer is simple, but knowing what to do and doing it are two very different things. You have been programmedYou have been programmed to eat in unhealthy, unnatural ways by the family you grew up in, by the culture in which you live, by your friends, by radio and television, by the pretty packages in the supermarket, by billboards, by ads in magazines, and on and on. You have had millions of messages slipped into your unconscious mind throughout your life. You now have a lifetime of faulty programming that powerfully overlays that perfect programming that you were born with. And it is that faulty programming that causes you to eat way too much of the wrong things. It is that faulty programming that has made you fat. It is that faulty programming that has caused you to have a sedentary lifestyle. And that programming is so strong that your will power just can't overcome it for very long. Rediscover what you already knowImagine an orange. The outside is bitter and unappealing. The good stuff is inside. In order to get to the good stuff, you have to peel off the rind. Underneath all that faulty programming that is at the heart of being too fat, the original, perfect programming still exists. All you have to do is peel off the layers of junk programming that have accumulated over your lifetime. It's kind of like resetting a computer to its default when the program has been corrupted. But how do we get rid of all that faulty programming? Hypnosis is the keyAll of the habits that we have around eating and exercise are held by the Unconscious Mind. That's one of the main things that the Unconscious Mind does: it maintains habitual behavior. And as you know from your own experience, it is very difficult to change a habit. We can make resolutions, we can make promises, we can devise plans, we can grit our teeth in determination. But way more often than not, that thing that we have tried so hard to change just comes right back, and we fail. That's because the Unconscious Mind is much more powerful than the Conscious Mind. We can't effectively make changes at the level of the Conscious Mind. We have to go to the place where the problem resides: the Unconscious Mind. When change happens at the level of the Unconscious Mind, the changes can be easy, rapid, deep, and permanent.
